Terms & Conditions (Revised May 2005)

All users agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, any user found to be breaking these T&C's will have their account suspended permanently without prior warning. By signing up for an account, you automatically agree to be bound by these T&C's

Section 1 - Racism/User Abuse)

• Under no circumstances must you abuse a member of staff or another user racially or otherwise.
• You may NOT create websites which spread malicious content related to racial issues.

Section 2 - Illegal Content)

• You may NOT create a website which links to illegal content (such as child pornography, warez etc). We do allow music related websites, however sharing files via your website is not allowed and will result in a e-mail warning from one of our system administrators, if the offence reoccurs, we will suspend your account indefinitely. Those users found to be hosting content such as illegal pornography, will have their IP logged and depending on the type of offence this information could be passed onto the local authorities.
• Please do not mirror large files (preferably not larger than 200mb), without warning us beforehand as sudden use of bandwidth from an account could cause our quota misuse system to trigger and accidentally cause disruption to your account. So please warn us so we can prevent this from happening.

Section 3 - Spam/Illegal Advertising)

• You may NOT use our services to spam anyone under any circumstances, those guilty will have their accounts suspended with no prior warning. If you are found to be majorly spamming anyone, you may be reported to the local authorities as spam is illegal to send.

Section 4 - Refunds)

• Customers are permitted to full refunds for the first seven days only, however if there is sufficient cause for a reimbursement after the settling in period, we will do our best to reimburse that client, however as stated this may not be guaranteed after the first 7 days. We do not recommend customers try and send us prepayments as in the event of a major problem (it may be harder to reimburse you). Please understand this before you try threatening us with lawyers. You send pre-payments at your OWN risk. We can not and will not be held responsible for re-imbursements after pre-payment has been made. However in extreme cases we may be able to reimburse customers if the customer is facing financial bankruptcy, this is not guaranteed though.

Section 5 - Account Misuse)

• You must not abuse your account in any shape or form, whatsoever. Users caught misusing in any form may either be warned by e-mail and/or if the offence continues we will not hesitate to suspend/remove your account from our servers.
